Krisztina Ajkay erhielt ihre Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin in Budapest (1986-1989), zog dann nach Deutschland und arbeitete seit 1998 in verschiedenen Physiotherapie-Praxen. Hierbei wendete sie zunehmend Pilates und Gyrotonic rehabilitativ an.
