Pilates Sensitive

 

A preliminary warm up and „softening of all joints“ and typical tense areas of the body improve muscle recruitment during Pilates training. In addition, we use the fascia massage technique with the help of two tennis balls in order to go through the BASI fundamental and intermediate Pilates Repertoire with a relaxed back and neck. Preliminary exercises for a better technique of the movements, as well as exercise transitions that include stretches will be performed and discussed. Let´s pamper the body!
