Aleksandra Mazur

Aleksandra (Ola) was born in Poland, now based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). Her love for movement started when she was 7 years old when she attended her first dance class. She graduated with a master degree in Physiotherapy from University of Physical Education in 2009. At the same time Ola became a fitness instructor and discovered Pilates Method. It was a revelation. She found in Pilates a natural link between therapy and fitness, a perfect way to fulfill her desire to help people feel good in their bodies and her passion for movement. After attending several workshops and courses Ola followed her first Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2013 and BASI ProBridge a year later.
She’s proud to be part of BASI family and truly believes in BASI philosophy and methodology. She completed many workshops and advanced education courses, including Injuries and Pathologies with Samantha Wood, Pilates for Pregnancy and Beyond with Ashley Ritchie, Kathy Grant Heritage Training by Cara Reeser and is on her way to completing Legacy Program with her mentor Rael Isacowitz.
Ola teaches with commitment and compassion and seeing a positive change in her clients‘ lives gives her biggest joy.
