Setup for Success

Rael is quoted as saying, “I used to claim the setup of an exercise is 90% of the success of an exercise. I am now upgrading it to 100%! If the Setup is incorrect, the exercise cannot be executed correctly.“
In this workshop, we will review the Pre-Setup and Setup of each exercise on the Reformer (Part 1) and the Cadillac and Wunda Chair (Part 2) from Foundation to Graduate of the Comprehensive Program. The focus will be on precision, stabilization and placement of the body during the initiation of each exercise. The correct starting position will help ensure the success of each exercise.
