The initial phase of the Legacy Program created by Rael Isacowitz is a three-day, intensive experience that delves into the most advanced aspects of the Pilates Method. Led by the seasoned BASI Faculty with years of experience, students embark on a journey of discovery and personal growth, gaining access to the latest techniques and insights in the field.
With a focus on hands-on learning and individualized instruction, this program offers a unique opportunity to deepen one’s understanding and mastery of the Pilates Method.
Die Anfangsphase des Legacy Programms, entwickelt von Rael Isacowitz, ist eine 3-tägige, intensive Erfahrung, die in die höhere Ebene der Pilates-Methode eintaucht. Geleitet von langjährigen und erfahrenen Mitgliedern der BASI Fakultät begeben sich die Teilnehmer*innen auf eine Reise voller Entdeckungen und persönlicher Reife und bekommen Zugang zu den neusten Techniken und Einsichten in diesem Gebiet.
Mit dem Fokus auf praktisches Lernen und individuellen Anleitungen bietet dieses Programm eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, die Pilates-Methode noch tiefer zu verstehen und zu meistern.
This is a 3-day learning experience that includes 18 hours of instruction and learning.
Diese 3-tägige Fortbildung umfasst 18 Unterrichtsstunden in Theorie und Praxis
Prerequisites: Completion of BASI or other recognized comprehensive teacher training program and minimum of 3 years experience teaching (2 years for BASI graduates).
Voraussetzung: eine zertifizierte Studioausbildung von BASI® oder anderen anerkannten Instituten und mindestens 3 Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung (2 Jahre für BASI® Absolvent*innen).
