All terms stipulated in the contract, as well as all course structures, content, and any payments already made, in accordance with my course registration made with Natascha Eyber, BASI® Pilates Germany/Austria/Switzerland, in her capacity as a sole proprietor, will be taken over by Naxedans GmbH.
